Workers' Compensation

The mission of the Workers' Compensation and Disability Management unit is to ensure that all components of the program are effectively meeting the needs of employees and UC Irvine Medical Center with the highest degree of integrity.

Our unit oversees all issues related to Return-to-Work, Disability Management and Workers' Compensation programs.

Our responsibilities also include providing medical center managers and supervisors with education, technical assistance and training in the areas of leave management, office and general ergonomics, injury prevention and compliance with state and federal disability laws.

Report a work-related injury

Online: Complete each section of the incident report to report any incident, accident, injury or illness arising out of and in the course of your employment.

By phone: Report any incident, accident, injury or illness arising out of and in the course of your employment by calling 1-877-6UC-RPRT (1-877-682-7778) to submit an incident report. You will be connected to a call center for Sedgwick CMS, our insurance administrator.
