UCI Health CEO Search

UCI Health invites applications and nominations for the position of chief executive officer (CEO). We seek a visionary and strategic leader for Orange County’s only academic medical center.

The CEO will be accountable for operational oversight to ensure that care is delivered effectively and efficiently in the inpatient and ambulatory settings. S/he will work with leaders across the UCI Health enterprise to ensure that organizational results are maximized.

The new CEO will collaborate with academic, research and clinical leaders, and with strategic partners to ensure that patients have access to high quality, value-based healthcare in the region. S/he will lead initiatives at both the local and state level, and will be a key member of the leadership team to drive programs that benefit the overall health system. The ideal candidate will be equally at ease with internal customers as well as with external constituencies.

The desired appointment date is summer 2015. The review of nominations and applications will commence immediately and continue until an appointment is made.
