Healthy Solutions Diet Program
If you have 30 pounds or less to lose, or if you simply want a moderate food plan without medical supervision, the Healthy Solutions® Diet Program may be suitable for you.
Our daily diet plan includes HMR shakes and entrees, along with vegetables and fruits.
How it works
- Once weekly, you are weighed in by our staff
- During a weekly class session with our dietitians and health educators, you are coached on new behaviors and invited to talk about struggles you may be having
- After you lose weight, we continue to support you by working with you to develop the skills you need to keep the weight off for life
- For those who are unable to attend classes and weigh-ins due to time or distance issues, our HMR at Home Program may be a more flexible option
Participants lose an average of 35-40 pounds through the Healthy Solutions Diet Program, and many lose more. As in all of our programs, long-term weight loss and maintenance are emphasized.
