Best Diet Overall
The UC Irvine Health Weight Management Program uses the HMR Program, which has been named the Best Diet Overall and Best Fast Weight Loss Diet by U.S. News & World Report.
To rank the diets, a panel of 38 health experts reviews weight loss programs. Panel members review such things as how easy the plan is to follow, likelihood of weight loss and how well they prevent and control diseases such as diabetes and heart disease.
