Fees and Payment

Please note that the prices listed are for the office visit only. Any further treatment and lab work are not included in this price and will be an extra fee which can only be determined after the visit with the physician. Payment is required upon your visit to the clinic.

• Integrative health and naturopathic medicine: New patient, $460; follow-up, $265
• Acupuncture: New patient, $150; follow-up, $100
• Massage therapy: 60-minute session, $85

Insurance 

The Susan Samueli Integrative Health Institute accepts PPO insurance and Medicare for many initial and return visits.

Review your insurance plan benefits carefully to determine whether your plan pays for the services you wish to receive. Some insurance plans may require pretreatment authorization for certain services. There may also be a limit to the number of visits allowed by your insurance for certain services. If this is the case, we recommend that you obtain approval from your insurance provider and provide a copy of the authorization for treatment.

If your plan does not cover a specific service, you are expected to pay for the service at the time it is provided.
