Managing Another's Care
A parent, guardian or other legally authorized adult can connect to the electronic medical record of a family member or another person through a FollowMyHealth account once they have proxy access.
Proxy access allows you to view the person's medical record, to message healthcare providers and to request appointments and prescription renewals.
