Dr. Seard is a board-certified urologist at UC Irvine Health. Seard attended Oakwood University in Huntsville, Ala. , where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and earned his bachelor’s degree in Biology. He received his medical degree from Loma Linda University and completed his residency at the University of Southern California.

Seard practiced as a premier urologist for Talbert Medical Group in Fountain Valley, Calif. During his tenure there, he held several leadership appointments including chair of Urology, chief of staff and chair of Surgery. After 18 years of practice in Southern California, Seard relocated to Nashville, Tenn. While in Nashville, Seard was an integral part of Urology Associates of Nashville Inc., the largest urology group in Tennessee. Seard has been the recipient of several awards including Physician of the Year and, most recently, the Frist Humanitarian Physician Award.

In the past, Seard has assisted in training residents and physician extenders on various urologic treatments and procedures, standardized patient care protocols and improved the overall clinical structure and quality. Also, he is dedicated and passionate about education. This is evident through his community outreach and patient health advocacy of urologic conditions, particularly prostate cancer.
