More Information

Dr. Alice Police is a surgeon who specializes in treating patients with breast cancer. Although primarily a clinician, she also is the principal investigator on a national clinical trial of MarginProbe, a technology developed to assess lumpectomy margins in real time in order to determine whether any cancer tissue remains.

Police also is interested in better linking the surgeon's job with specialties in radiation oncology and pathology in ways that improve the patient experience, streamline care and minimize patient anguish.
