Dr. Farshid Dayyani is a board-certified UC Irvine Health medical oncologist who sees patients at the UC Irvine Health Chao Family Comprehensive Cancer Center and the adjacent UC Irvine Health H.H. Chao Comprehensive Digestive Disease Center.


Dayyani earned his medical degree at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich in Germany and completed a residency in internal medicine at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, a teaching hospital of Harvard Medical School. Dayyani then followed with a fellowship in medical oncology at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston. 

Dayyani’s goal is to bring cutting edge treatments through innovative clinical trials to patients with gastrointestinal cancers.
