Dr. Judith Chung is a board-certified UCI Health gynecologist and obstetrician who specializes in maternal-fetal medicine and high-risk pregnancies.
Chung earned her medical degree at the University of Pennsylvania's Perelman School of Medicine in Philadelphia. She completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, also in Philadelphia, and completed a fellowship in maternal-fetal medicine at the UCI School of Medicine. She also earned a doctoral degree from UCLA in health services research and epidemiology.
Her research interests include diabetes in pregnancy, hospital delivery for high-risk pregnancies and clinical research design. She is the author or co-author of more than 60 peer-reviewed articles in leading medical journals and has contributed chapters to numerous textbooks in obstetrics and gynecology.
