Weight Management Simple Choices

Get a quick start to your weight loss by following a flexible meal plan using your choice of vegetables, fruits and protein, along with three weight-loss shakes daily.

Weekly classes will allow you to check in on your progress while practicing skills to manage your weight long-term.

Class Fee: $69 for six classes, plus approximately $46 weekly for weight loss shakes. The class fee applies to all participants.
