This class introduces the art of meditation to you while discussing the various types and styles of meditation. This program will help you to learn how meditation can help to promote good health and a better quality of life. No special clothing or equipment is required.
This four-part series is offered quarterly:
- March 6, 13, 20 and 27
- June 5, 12, 19 and 26
- Sept. 11, 18, 25 and Oct. 2
- Nov. 6, 13, 20 and 27
Fee: Free to UC Irvine Health patients, staff, volunteers and your families / $20 for community members
