This class reviews the link between diet and heart disease, including the “good” vs. “bad” fats. Topics include American Heart Association recommended nutrition guidelines for low fat, low cholesterol and low sodium diets. This class will also review how to eat and enjoy healthy food and cooking methods to maintain heart health.
