Multi-center trial to evaluate home-based assessment methods for Alzheimer's disease prevention research in people over 75 years old

To establish the feasibility of three in-house assessment methods for the evaluation of Alzheimer’s Disease in prevention trials.
Adult individuals 75 years of age or older who do not have a diagnosis of dementia.
2 clinic visits and 16 other visits in the home over a 4-year period lasting from 1-4 hours.
Possibly identify alternative information collection methods for Alzheimer’s disease prevention studies. Detection and treatment of Mild Cognitive Impairment or Dementia may also be possible if identified during the course of the study.
