To evaluate an investigational treatment for slowing the progression of Alzheimer’s disease.
Adult individuals 50 years of age or older with mild to moderate Alzheimer’s disease.
11 clinic visits over a 21-month period lasting from 2 hours to 4 hours.
Possible delay in progression of disease
No compensation is offered for the main study; there is compensation for participation in the lumbar puncture sub-study of $200 per spinal tap.
